Mr. Permuy, the founder of the Permuy Architecture firm began his career in 1995 and received his BA in architecture from Pratt Institute New York. He has since worked on a number of notable projects, spearheading several high-profile, award winning projects, that have and will change the skyline of South Florida forever. As president , he has brought leadership, skill, and integrity to each and every aspect of his design projects. He has developed expertise in a wide range of projects while leading design teams to deliver and exceed the clients expectations.
Jesus A. PermuyPrincipal, AICP
Mr. Permuy studied architecture at the School of Architecture and Planning from the University of Havana. Followed by a Master of City and Regional Planning from Catholic University of America, Washington D.C. He has since focused on professional urban planning and community development consulting. As a planner in charge of urban development, his philosophy is that architecture and planning should be in service of the person, first and foremost, in order to develop a more humanistic society. His 40 years of experience includes a diverse range of national and international projects, focusing especially on the design, coordination, and management of urban and community development projects.
Helio MilianPrincipal, AIA, NCARB
Helio Milian began his career after graduating from the University of Havana. He has since earned more than 40 years of experience in project management, working as project coordinator on a number of projects, including several international projects. As principal in charge of design, his philosophy is based on maintaining a close working relationship with clients to produce successful projects. His broad , diversified experience spans through the fields of architecture , planning and construction administration.
